TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLANKET LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY SECURITY BREACH, DATA LOSS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SECURITY AND PRIVACY OF YOUR INFORMATION. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRIVACY OR SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT BLANKET LLC ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, DISCLOSURE, OR LOSS OF YOUR INFORMATION BEYOND THE LIABILITIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
