OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRIVACY OR SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT BLANKET LLC ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, DISCLOSURE, OR LOSS OF YOUR INFORMATION BEYOND THE LIABILITIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
